Rapid service time My other car the dealership at Hundai took 2-3 hours to perform the same service. Also the whole time I was waiting they wouldnt stop pressuring to trade my car in.

I will not be back, very disappointed. I purchased the new vehicle from you1.5yrs ago, and you cannot get a loaner car for me?

I must say I haven't driven the car enough, it's the day after the repair, to really evaluate the fix.

When dropping off my vehicle the day before my scheduled appointment, was virtually ignored by the Service Advisor while he talked to co-workers and at one point walked away to apparently take care of a co-worker without ever acknowledging me once standing by my vehicle outside his cubicle. At that point I was so frustrated that I left and almost cancelled my appointment. The Service Advisor did reach out by text shortly after I left asking if I still wanted the appointment. I did keep the appointment, but upon showing up, he never asked why I left.
